RETURN - EXCHANGE - REFUNDS

LolaGrace clients have the right to return products purchased through lolagrace.nl and to request a refund of the purchase price or to exchange for another product within 14 days of purchase.

Return of the product and refund of the purchase amount or exchange will take place within 5 working days of receipt of the returned product provided that the following conditions are met:

A copy of the original purchase note is enclosed

•               The product is unused

•               The product is undamaged

•               The product will be returned in the original packaging.

•               Custom products cannot be returned.

In the event that you want to return a purchased product, please contact us via the contact form or by phone. In order to improve our services, we would like to know why you want to return the product.

We then ask you to send the product, well packaged, to:

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange the purchased product for another product, any price difference will be settled with you. Any shipping costs charged with the original purchase will not be reimbursed or settled.

REFUND AFTER RETURN

As a client of LolaGrace, you have the right to request a full refund of the purchase amount within 14 days, including the shipping costs charged. The costs of returning will not be reimbursed.

Refund will be made in the same way as the original payment. It is also possible to receive refunds in LolaGrace vouchers.

Exchanges and returns of products not purchased through LolaGrace.nl must take place through the original point of sale.

LolaGrace reserves the right to reject requests for return or exchange if the product has been used. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
