Shipping policy

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
 
Any applicable import duties, taxes, and other customs charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot determine the exact amount in advance.
 
Please also note that customs procedures may, in some cases, cause delays in delivery. These delays are beyond our control.
